ON-CALL TECH SUPPORT
Technical support is available to our clients by phone during
regular business hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is always
someone at the office to help you. If you get voicemail when
you call, please leave a message and we will follow up with you within
2 hours.
Additionally, you can email your support requests to work orders
queue which is monitored by techs daily and your requests are
handled by a team instead of by a single technician to help resolve
issues more rapidly. Existing customers can email their main
technical point of contact for more information including the new
queue email address.
NEW STAFF
At O'Neill Technologies we are continually seeking
opportunities for improvement. We have added additional
members to our technical team and have been working at
refining how we respond to you as the client. We have been
working to improve our handling of client requests and we
have been working to ensure your requests for quotes and
orders are handled quickly.
